Rural Sourcing Named Best Place to Work in Arkansas For 3rd Year in a Row

ATLANTA, September 25, 2017 – Rural Sourcing Inc. (RSI), the leading provider of US-based IT outsourcing services, has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas for three consecutive years. The designation, made in partnership with Best Companies Group, recognizes companies that have created an environment for employees that is unique and rewarding.

The Best Places to Work in Arkansas is a two-part survey competition to determine which participants are the best employers. Best Companies Group first evaluated each nominated company’s policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. Next, employees were surveyed to measure the employee engagement and satisfaction.
