Today, the company announces the hiring of Bill Rose as Development Center Director. With more than 20 years of software development and IT experience, Rose will lead the center as it develops software and mobile applications for some of the country’s most recognized brands.
Rose has experience leading technical teams for some of the world’s largest companies, driving digital transformation and the adoption of cloud-based technologies. He began his career at Coca-Cola where he served in numerous global IT and software engineering roles. Most recently, Rose served as Head of IT and interim CIO for MGM Resorts International.

Rural Sourcing is expanding rapidly. The company is currently hiring software developers for its Fort Wayne development center and hopes to officially open the facility in early 2020. When fully staffed, the center will house 130 software developers. In his role, Rose will be responsible for leading a high performing team of technology professionals who work collaboratively and passionately to provide solutions to our clients through software development and testing.
