COVID-19 Update from Rural Sourcing CEO Monty Hamilton

Like all of you, we’ve been closely monitoring the fast-moving developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19). Our hearts go out to those directly impacted by the virus, and our thanks go to all healthcare professionals on the front lines.

With the safety of our colleagues and clients being of the highest importance, and to do our part to flatten the curve, on Monday March 16 all of our operations moved to a work-from-home model.  As part of our ongoing Business Continuity Planning efforts we had previously and successfully tested this model on a company-wide basis, so be assured that everything here is operating smoothly and in a ”business as usual” manner. We’re a remote workforce by definition, and we have all of the systems, processes and gadgets in place to continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Despite this being a time of many unknowns, one thing that’s certain is that we’re a company made up of truly fantastic people. All 600+ of our colleagues are hard-working, determined, and caring; we’re a tightknit team who can get through anything. We’ll continue as we’ve always done: looking out for each other, our clients and our communities. Be well!
