Equity Inclusion & Diversity Council

Rural Sourcing’s ambition is to have a workforce representative of the cities in which it operates and to have an inclusive workforce where all colleagues feel welcome and valued. These goals led to the formation of our EI&D Council – a group that solicits engagement across the organization, sets the EI&D framework, metrics and goals, and develops initiatives to achieve progress – internally, within local communities, and within the technology industry at-large.

Colleague Resource Groups

We encourage informal workplace communities where colleagues can come together for open and honest dialogue. We’ve formalized these communities into Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs), with our four initial charters for Womxn, Black Colleagues, Veterans and the LGBTQ+ community. CRGs offer direct input on local and company-wide EI&D initiatives, such as organizing diverse celebrations, identifying diverse talent management and recruitment platforms, and developing partnerships with nonprofits focused on encouraging more diverse STEM participation.
