Ingrid Miller
Director of Operations
Ingrid Miller is the Director of Operations for Rural Sourcing, Inc. (RSI). Her responsibilities include leading and developing service offerings, quality delivery and all other associated business processes supporting RSI clients. As manager of the RSI Arkansas team, Ms. Miller brings a expansive knowledge of many underlying computer systems and technologies, allowing her to contribute to all aspects of projects enabling improvement through automation.
Prior to her new role with RSI, Ms. Miller served various clients at Clarkston Consulting as a managing consultant where she gained experience in full systems lifecycle development, computer system validation, and FDA guidelines and regulations. Most recently, she managed the Application Development team and then the Infrastructure and BASIS team for a multi-country SAP implementation. She has experience dealing with off-shore software development firms and off-site infrastructure hosting facilities as well as past experience as an ABAP programmer and SD Business Analyst for the SAP system. Ms. Miller has worked in several industries including consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
Ms. Miller is a graduate of Babson College, where she earned a B.S. in Business Management.
